A guaranteed minimum of services included in the fare
Regardless of the carriage type in terms of its comfort level on Train No. 56/55 Kyzylorda-Kokshetau, the following services are included in the fare:
- Cleaning the interior and the compartment, if necessary, but not less than twice a day; cleaning the toilets when needed, but not less than four times per day
- Providing passengers with bedding sets (except for passengers in open-plan carriages, travelling less than 6 hours and not wishing to purchase the service of bedding set provision)
- Filling the bedding for reduced mobility passengers, ill passengers, elderly passengers, and passengers with small children. Removal of the passenger bedding 30 minutes before the train arrival at the destination
- Provision of first aid kits, urgent medical aid, ambulance emergency call at the nearest station
- Provision of sanitary products (toiletries) to passengers in accordance with the established standards
- Provision of boiled water
- Provision of necessary information inside the carriage
- Warning the passenger about the train approaching to the passenger’s destination (at any time of the day or night)
- Charging mobile phones as agreed with the carriage guide (the carriages have electrical circuits, which provide the appropriate voltage level)
- Providing reduced mobility passengers with wheelchairs for movement inside the passenger train
Extra services provided for payment on the trains
Regardless of the carriage type in terms of its comfort level on Train No. 56/55 Kyzylorda-Kokshetau, we provide the following extra services:
- Providing tea products
- Selling bottled drinking water
- Providing prepaid cards of mobile operators (Activ, Beeline, etc.)

Depending on the carriage type in terms of its comfort, we provide the following extra services on the train:
- Board games (checkers, chess)
- Travel hygienic kits (toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, shoehorn, shoe sponge, comb, a set of threads with a needle, wet and dry tissues, cotton pads and ear sticks)
